• Billing data: plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never touch our servers.
• Health intake responses you choose to submit (demo deployments store these locally only).
• Usage data: pages visited and offers viewed, used to improve the service.

What we never do

• Sell your personal information.
• Share health intake content with advertisers.
• Store payment card numbers.

Health information

Telehealth consultations are delivered by independent clinician groups whose own privacy practices (including HIPAA obligations, where applicable) apply to your consultations. We minimize what we hold: this platform is not an electronic health record.

Your choices

You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support. Deleting your account cancels your membership.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie for sign-in. No ad trackers.
