Cancel before your 30-day trial ends and you pay nothing — no charge is ever made.

Monthly plans

Monthly membership fees are refundable within 7 days of the charge if you haven't redeemed offers in that period. Cancel anytime to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Annual plans

Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of the charge, pro-rated after that at the monthly rate for elapsed months.

Telehealth visit fees

Visit fees are charged by independent clinician groups. If a clinician determines they cannot treat you, the visit fee is refunded in full. Medication costs are between you and the dispensing pharmacy.

Cancel from your dashboard in one click. For refunds, contact support with your account email; approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
