Terms of membership

1. The service

Vanig Club is a paid membership program providing access to negotiated discounts with participating merchants, an Rx savings card, and access to independent licensed telehealth clinicians. Discounts are provided by the participating merchants; Vanig Club is not the seller of the underlying goods or services.

2. Membership and billing

New memberships include a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan (monthly or annual) bills automatically at the then-current rate until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current paid period.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information.

4. Health services

• Vanig Club is not a pharmacy and does not sell, ship, or dispense medications.
• Telehealth services are delivered by independent licensed clinicians who decide, in their sole professional judgment, whether any prescription is appropriate.
• Prescriptions, when issued, are fulfilled exclusively by state-licensed pharmacies chosen by the member.
• The Rx savings card is not insurance and cannot be combined with insurance.
• Controlled substances are not available through this platform.

5. Acceptable use

Member codes and cards are personal and non-transferable. Abuse, resale, or fraudulent use may result in termination.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
